Why is my IPA perfectly clear when it goes in the keg, but cloudy after a few days of carbonation?

Chill haze. Assuming you use whirlflock in the boil. Should clear somewhat after a while in the cold, but you can use finings like gelatin before you transfer to keg for gem like clarity.

Try Clarity Firm. A 10ml vial for five gallon batch only costs a few dollars at LHMS, goes into the fermenter just before the yeast. I've used it on my last three batches, works pretty well.
