Cider ferment for too long in primary?

Long story short i started a 1 gallon batch of apple cider from my understanding i did wverything super clean and sanitized.

Well its been at least 10-11 months sitting in the primary i had to move houses when i started it and then had a baby in the nicu for q long timw and well im thinking is this trash by now or meybe it could still turn out ok?

Its been in a dark room covered and you can say in a room temperature no extreme changes and it looks good no weird things inside the color looks good ill post pictures if i can.

Any help would be great to help me decide what to do with it? Thanks

When i took the pictures i noticed theres no water in the bubbler!! Meyebe bacteria or dust could of got in there by now ? But its looks ok?

Btw i remember it checked out at arround 13% alcohol when i took a reading when i made it

Depending upon how long the air lock has been dry and if no CO2 left to blanket then could be oxidized a bit. (Maybe / Maybe not)

If nothing "growing" in it or on the surface then:
The only way to tell if its any good is to smell it and taste it.
If it smells and tastes fine then your OK.

Worst case - (Other than mold) Oxidized and tastes kind of like wine that's been left open too long.
Best case - After nearly a year might be pretty darned tasty.
 
It looks good in the photos: nice and transparent. I would certainly taste it before dumping it.

Yes i dont know how long the airlock has been with out water 😏


I dont see nothing growing on it or anything weird it looks clean and nice color in my opinion.

Im gonna taste it later on sre what i tink?

I would rack it to a keg - But then, I have a few.

Otherwise carefully rack off the lees, find some empty long neck beer bottles crown caps and a capper. Sanitize them all.

Check your Specific Gravity with a hydrometer to ensure you are at or near 1.000. If at or less than 1.000 then add about a 1/4 can Frozen Apple Juice Concentrate or an ounce of priming sugar per gallon to give you about 2.0 to 2.5 volumes CO2. I have dissolved the priming sugar it in a bit of the cider then just pour it in your carboy and swirl to mix prior to bottling. (If not at 1.000 then adjust your FAJC or Priming sugar accordingly)

The problem you have is your yeast are probably dead as a door nail and you will have to add a small amount of new yeast as well. (I would suggest 1 gram or a little less per gallon) Split it as evenly as you can in each bottle prior to capping.

CO2 production needs both yeast and sugar.
