I'm looking at making this beer next. Tips on grain bill? How much wheat to thicken it up? How much wheat before it stops being porter-esque? Any help is greatly appreciated. Oh by the way, I'm mini mashing!
5-10% wheat
8-10% chocolate malt
5% Munich malt (or victory or amber malt)
Up to 5% crystal malt
The balance with your favorite base malt (I like Maris otter) and/or DME
0.5-1.0 pounds of lactose
