This sounds like a pretty cool product. Where do you get it? Shipping from Germany seems like it would be expensive...

Sounds like you would add this to you secondary a day or two before transferring to a keg to clear to beer. Correct? Does anyone have experience with this stuff, does it affect flavor?

I might be interested if it is cheap to use.

I got it from my local brew shop/liquer store. It was only a couple bucks american.I havent used it yet for i am the one who asked about it.

I would be concerned about this statement:

To be fully effective, it must be in contact with the beer for at least 3 minutes before it is completely removed again by filtration together with the adsorbed polypheols

Are you planning to filter after? If not you may want to find out what affect leaving it in your beer will have.
