Just wanted to poke my head in here and introduce myself. I've lurked these forums for quite a while and have been brewing about a year or so... I've recently bought some new equipment (with a lot of research done on these forums!) and will be getting into all-grain batches the first weekend of November, so it's time to start talking rather than just listening.
