Well I'm the noob who seams to goof up and cause beer or whatever back up my C02 lines from shaking a keg to back filling C02 in the out lines.. I need a check valve any good suggestions?

Yeah that looks like it. Could I add it right after my gas post. My lines are not clear so I dont want to get beer in a line and let it get nasty.
These are threaded directly into the regulator pressure out port. Maybe a slight chance of beer backing up in the line but I have never had that issue.
