Cheap regulator for a bunsen burner

I'm looking for a cheap (less than $50 on this website http://www.avogadro-lab-supply.com/item.php?item_id=379) propane regulator for my new bunsen burner. I'm planning on using the throw away propane cylinders. I've seen a few people just use the on/off valves used in torches. I've tried that and the pressure needs to be regulated because it's blown off of the connector a few times... dangerous. Anyone have any suggestions? Maybe adapting another regulator?

Keep in mind those bottles are marketed towards campers and plumbers, narrow your search to those areas and you may have better search results.
