Cross-posting from the Mark Intihardon thread.

2011 Terrapin Wake-N-Bake poured into a Terrapin barrel mason jar:

Rich, velvety, and smooth with a hint of coffee.

2012 Terrapin Wake-N-Bake poured into a Terrapin barrel mason jar:

More coffee, more prickly carbonation, not as good as the more sublimely aged 2011.

The Blend-O-Doom poured into the glasswhale Terrapin MarkIntiharing snifter:

Legit awesome.
Wake-n-Bake may be the only coffee stout I prefer with age on it

After tasting that 2011 tonight I think I'm going to seek out all the 2012s I can find and age them for 1-2 more years. If necessary I'll get 2013s and sit on them for 2-3.

I don't know how I got to the point where I have almost no Wake-N-Bakes left.

Drinking my 'Guatemalan Firing Squad' RIS (inspired by Prairie's bomb!). It's a 10.5% RIS aged on bourbon soaked oak, vanilla beans, cacao nibs, guatemalan coffee, and habanero peppers. It's spicy with tons of chocolate and a good deal of coffee notes. The bourbon (9oz) actually plays a back seat along with the vanilla beans.

Got a SITR w/ Kumquats chilling in the freezer. Season three, episode two of Breaking Bad in the background. Going to be a good night.

Bonus points to anyone who can identify the glass. Sorry for my ****** picture.

We blended in some Black Tuesday to the cuvee, so we could enjoy some Black Bois.

So Rye was my favorite. I thought the american oak was the worst but all were still very good.

Which Farmer's bottle is in the background? Glad I skipped the new american oak. Finally skipped a bruery beer and made a good decision.

Woo. Was hoping it wasn't the pumpkin barleywine. I wanna try that **** real bad.
