Cartridge Filter Re-use

Do any of you re-use your cartridge filters after filtering your beer into a keg?
I currently have not, but am exploring the possibility. I am using a 1M cartridge. I just transferred 10 gal through the filter and kegged. I then back-flushed with warm water and Star San. The filter isn't totally clean looking but I bagged it and put it into my fridge for next weekend...
Any comments before I use it again? Should I just be non-stressed and buy a new one each time?

Take it out of the fridge and let it dry out completely. I re-use mine.

And then re-sanitize before kegging?
