Probably about 3.5 ounces, maybe a little less. There are online calculators, such as at Tastybrew or Northern Brewer, that can tell you.
 
You can generally base your priming sugar on 1 ounce per gallon you're bottling. If you're more interested in the proper CO2 levels for a particular style, you could always use an online calculator that will tell you exactly how much sugar to use based on volumes of CO2 desired, plus give you amounts of other sugar alternatives, like honey or brown sugar.
 
Oh, and make sure that your priming sugar is cooled down to at least room temperature before racking the beer on top of it. I usually boil mine the night before and just let it cool overnight.
