I brewed an English Brown Ale 10 days ago and I am very unhappy with the flavor profile of the Yorkshire Square Ale yeast that I used. (either that or I have my first batch of contaminated beer)... Considering my first thought, is it possible to pitch another yeast strain to change the flavor profile of the beer?

Fair enough... I hope not, I take great strives to prevent contamination, including bringing home surgical drapes to cover countertops in my kitchen... (Hey we throw them away anyway). I'm hoping that I'm just detecting sulphurs from the yeast at work, it's still a bit cloudy. The good news is that my efficiency is getting much better, because the current gravity is far more than expected. :drunk: Thanks!:D
