Can you carbonate your beer with yeast in a keg?

Then tap it as usual?

Yes, you can prime a keg w/ sugar and let the yeast do the work for you. The benefit IMO in force carbing w/ a tank of co2 is that it is very reliable and gives accurate results.

I plan on having CO2. I like to krausen the beer by adding unfermented wort and wonder if this could be done in a keg.

I've done it with priming sugar. It will work fine as long as the lid seals.
