So in July I started brewing a Belgian Wit. I kept it in a the primary fermintor for a week and then transfered to a secondary fermintor. I was suppose to keep it the secondary fermintor for a month, bottle and then enjoy. The only problem was that my beer fridge in the garage went out. I really had no where else to put the beer, so I kept it in the secondary since August.
Well this weekend my new fridge gets delivered and I was wondering if I bottle the beer I have, if it will still turn out ok.
Is there any way to tell if it has gone bad? I have monitored the temp and the airlock and everything seems to be fine, it has just stayed in the secondary a few months longer then called for.
I think everything is fine, but I wanted some other opinons and/or ideas on how to tell if it is still good.
