I have one vial of White Labs WLP775 Cider and I have a 5 gallon and a 3 gallon carboy.

I would like to know if I feed it properly can I use it for both and make 2 slightly different types of cider? (I'll post another question separately on cider suggestions)

I had planned on using a starter and I do have a stir-plate and Wyeast Nutrients that I can use.

I'd like to know your thoughts before I start.

Thank you kindly all.

+2. Use a pitching rate calculator (like Mr. Malty) and figure out how much wort you need to grow the amount of cells needed. Put that stir plate to good use.

Thanks, I knew something like that existed I just have not used it yet. Perfect reply, thanks so much!
