Does C150 go by another name? It seems like few HBS carry it

i assume you mean 'crystal' 150L? yes, i don't know about 150L but you can get crystal 120L easy enough.....

Really!, I’ve been looking at brewing a Arrogant bastard clone and some conversations led me to think they were two different grains . Go figure!

If you like that stuff look at CaraAroma too. Pretty similar.

C150 isn't really a name, it's a color rating. A couple of malts have already been mentioned, you can buy German CaraAroma, Belgian Special-B, and extra dark British crystal all around that color number. While there are some similarities all of those malts have distinct differences in flavor effects.

If you are referring to "Muntons Crystal 150," the number refers to the EBC rating and the color is actually closer to 65L.

So I found something called Viking Malt Crystal 150 on Morebeer.com. Gonna give it a try in an attempt to clone the Arrogant Bastard
