this next week might get kinda busy for me. within a weeks time from now, i plan to bottle a batch of brew plus brew a smaller batch. i also plan to get back into making homemade ice cream (after 3-4 year absence) and also try to find time to make homemade beef jerky.
all starts to add up, considering what the week might look like at work as well (possibility of 50-60 hr work week?).
