It's a sickness!
So I pitched a vial (starter) of WLP Burton Ale yeast in 5 gal of red ale with a 1062 og on the 4th of Apr. I then put a 1070 og IPA on that yeast cake on 14th of apr. My ? is . With this thing taking off in 40 min, do you think it would have finished in 3 days ? I ask this because I hope my ferm is not stuck as I have nothing coming out now. I know nothing about this yeast and have never used it befor this. Would a yeast cake help finish a high OG in that span? I know checking the gravity will tell me but I'm going to leave it in till Saturday and then check it. Just seeing if any of you expierienced the same.
