I've been on a IPA/IIPA bender of late. For the last 6 months or so, all I've been drinking are IPAs. Each trip to the bottle store results in a six-pack or two of a new IPA.....so I've gone through plenty of craftbrews in that time.
Problem is, I'm now finding I'm "burned out" on these hoppy beers. The idea of another IPA doesnt appeal to me one bit. In fact, I'm sitting with SN Celebration ale and Victory Hopdevil sixers in the fridge that I just cant motivate myself to drink.
Has anyone else gone through this -- where you drink so much of one style and then just cant touch it anymore?
Need to cut back on the IBUs and try something a little more mellow, but not sweet. Maybe some ambers or ....... ? Any suggestions?
