So I am moving from Houston back to California this March and will regain access to a metal shop full of welders plasma cutters and all that jazz (being a farmer has its brewing advantages) so I have been doing the natural thing for the past month and planning all of the builds that have been put off over the past 5 years, a nice shiny new brutus 10 is at least top 2 on the list.
I have been reading through a lot of the brutus related posts and started to compile a parts list, but before I buy thought I should run it by the experts first.

taken down to 24v through this transformer (honeywell AT140A1018)
AT140A1018 - Honeywell AT140A1018 - Foot Mounted 120/208/240 Vac Transformer w/ 9 in. Lead Wires (40VA)
to run this pilot solenoid valve (honeywell VR8200A2132) after changing it over from NG to LP, wc 11" I believe

used with this pilot burner (honeywell Q314A4586) (also converted from NG to LP)

I am going to go with the gas beam because it looks so clean, and am planning on using this low pressure regulator (Marshall 290-00) from my regular old propane cylinder

I was going to run 2 BG14's for HLT and BK, and one BG12 fr MLT, with orifices drilled out to 3/32 for the lower pressure. (will bg12 be enough heat? I wanted a nice gentle heating of mash anyways and it's cheaper)
I guess the main thing I am not sure about is if using those transformers as electricity is not my strongest field.
