I am taking my German lager off the yeast tommorow. I've run out of ideas for what to brew on my 830 cake. I would like to get a little more use out of this yeast.

I have pleanty of
pils
5# viena
2 row
crystal 10 and 60

a bunch of other specalties. No munich though

Any Ideas?
 
Come on guys. Give me some ideas on what to brew tomorrow.
