For the letter "J"
There is a style of beer which, in English is called Juniper beer.
Every few years there is a Juniper Beer-Brewing Championship for brewers of Finland, Sweden and Estonia.
The most well known Juniper style beer is the Finnish Sahti. There is also the Estonian Koduõlu, and the Swedish Gotlandsdricke. These often feature juniper as a sort of gruit and use a long step infusion mash which is then lautered, and then right into the fermenter without boiling.

In the U.S., Samuel Adams brews a Juniper style beer called "Norse Legend".

A separate, different style Juniper beer is also made in Poland. One description notes that: "Juniper beers were made in central and northeastern Poland, mainly for weddings, holidays, or other special occasions. The tradition gradually declined throughout the twentieth century and has now practically disappeared." and "Originally, the (juniper) berries were the richest local source of sugar, and thus they naturally became the main ingredient of fermented beverages. With time, the composition of the drink evolved and sugar and honey were added."

And adding yarrow! Sweeeet, thanks y'all! This will start next month sometime... let's see how interesting this'll get!
