Getting ready to come off a brewing hiatus. Looking to move from extract + specialty grains brewing in the kitchen on the stove top to eBIAB in the basement. Looking at the Spike Solo (15gallon 240v) with steam condenser lid. Looking to brew mostly 5 gallon batches every 4 weeks or so. I have two areas in the basement to setup in. The easiest area also happens to be where our service electrical panel is. The brewing table would be about 4-6 feet from the service panel. There is a window in that area, don’t know if that helps, but with the spike condenser lid, should I have any concern with steam/moisture in the air this close to our service panel?

With a condenser, you won't have any steam to cause a problem. They do their job very well.
