So 16 hours in I have no bubbling. Main concern is a little of the yeast fell out when I opened package. Should I be concerned?

A 35 qt kettle is larger than 7 gal. 4 qt to the gal: 7 gal = 28 qt. Welcome to our obsession.

OK were good now. My wife called me and said its bubbling like crazy! About 16 hours
