Wyeast 3711 (French Saison) might be just what you are looking for. It gives spice, it apparently enhances spice added to the boil, and it is dead easy to manage: pitch in the mid 60s, let it rise, and three weeks later you are going to be around 1.002, although the beer will still be silky smooth.
