If it were me, I'd send them an email. They have a contact form on their website. I'd be as tactful as possible, but let them know what you don't like about their beers. Worst they can do is not listen.
A new brewery in a small town is awesome! But, if they serve crap beer, it isn't. If they fail, it seems unlikely that a new brewery will take up residence in such a small town. So, the best case scenario is that they improve their beer and stick around.
