I brewed a batch (well, half batch). It's sharply bitter, and very bitter. I don't think I messed up my hop additions, my inventory balances. I know I can mix it with milder beer for drinking. Has anyone else had this problem with this recipe?
The recipe is
6.6lbs light LME (3.3 at start, 3.3 at 20 minutes)
1 lb caramel 20
2oz cascade at 60
1oz citra at 5
I did half of each, no change.
