My brew rig is pretty unique because for one it is based in the heart of the African Bush and the Kruger national park. The micro brewery overlooks the bush and regularly while brewing one can see Buffalo, Elephant, Rhino, Leopard and Lion to name the big five, but various antelope etc daily.
This however comes with its challenges. The water, the heat and the dusty environment. My water passes through a double RO system and I take the water back to 0 ppm and then load it for the style. With average temperatures in the high 30deg C and even in to the High 40deg C I run aircons 24/7 and refrigeration where needed.

All ingredients have to be flown in from Johannesburg some 500 km away so I need to be very prepared in order to not run out of anything.
Boiling Equipment: 50 L Beer Keg with Hop strainer and whirl pool
Beer Bottling Gear: Counter pressure filler from Keg
Fermentation Vessels and Equipment: Stainless 30l vessel with various temp control methods, fridges and aircon units
Wort Chillers: Plate Chiller
Plumbing, Pumps and Hardware: Cam Lock system with Silicon hose, 2 x Chugger Pumps and a full Electrical controller
Measuring, Testing,& Stirring Devices: Pumps, Ph strips, Refractometer
Yeast Equipment: Stir Plate
