Brew day tomorrow. Feedback please.

This is my plan for tomorrow. Thoughts? It’s a 1.5 gallon batch. I’d kind of like to go lower on OG for this but wasn’t sure how low to go with Kveik. Any Input would be awesome

I dropped the Munich and added a little more wheat. Smooth brew day. Fermenter going nuts.

Looks like a nice pale ale. What temperature are you fermenting at? Please report on the results. I'm curious about that yeast.

Pitched at 95 or so. It hung in lower 90s for a day and stayed 88 or so for 2 days. It’s Day 4 and it dropped to 82 on its own. I have it sitting in a warming pad for small fermenters.
