I am culturing yeast ftom a bottle of this really tasty beer. I know its a blend of yeast from Boulevard and Ommegang but haven't been able to find any info on the internet. Anybody have any info on this stuff?

Boulevard filters all of their beer and bottle conditions with a different strain.
 
Yeah, they condition their low abv strains with something like Windsor yeast, and use Champagne yeast for the big beers. There is a power-point here that discusses their bottle conditioning (as well as duvel's); see page 4 for the choice of yeast.

Choosing the right dry yeast
• Alcohol tolerance*
– Ale yeast up to 8 ABV
– Champagne yeast for 8 ABV to 11 ABV
• POF+ / off-flavor
• Speed of bottle-conditioning
• Attenuation
• Firm sediment in bottle
• No flake formation
• Good glass adherence
