Brewed a kolsch...ish ale about 6 weeks ago. Kegged 5 gallons 3 weeks ago was a great beer! Was planning on bottling the other 5 gal for xmas presents, but got extremely busy at work and we have had a cold snap in oregon. So its been sitting at approx 45 degrees after fermentation was done. Question is do i warm it up siphon to a bottling bucket, or leave it cold siphon to a bottling bucket and hope all of the yeast arent dormant?

And yes this was a biab batch

I would say just let it come to room temp for a day or two the proceed to bottle normally. Basically all you did was cold crash it. It should be fine.
