I was wondering if there is any difference in the amounts of priming sugar I would use if i bottled in 22 oz. instead of 12 oz.

No. You would only need to adjust the amount of priming sugar if you wanted more or less carbonation for a specific style.

First call for second opinions. My Papazian says 1/3c (80ml) corn sugar for a five gallon corny keg or 3/4c (175ml) for 5 gallons going into twelve ounce bottles.

I scored my 33rd 22oz bottle this AM ;-)

I guess mathematically 22oz is a bunch closer to 12 than it is to 640. Regular normal headspace too?
