So yes, another stinking carbonation question, sorry. In the sticky for pasteurization, @Maylar showed off some gauges to install in the lid of your plastic test bottle, way cool.
I have googled a few force carbonating charts and seen the one that Maylar posted in another carb thread here. And, they're all a bit different, lol. But the main thing is the temperature. It seems many charts call out the temperature in your keg, but we're bottle carbing at room temperature and then I cold crash into the fridge. Do I use the temps it going to be stored at, or the current temp?
