Hey, I have beer that is 3 weeks old in the bottles and I want to bottle age, do I throw them into the fridge and keep them there for a while 6+weeks), or in my closet, where they are now?

I tried to find the answer on here, I know its probably somewhere, but I couldn't find it.

well you can put them in the fridge and they will have a crisper more lager like quality (from my experience) or you can put them in your closet or wherever. Temp is the thing you want to be concerned with, if you always have you ac on and the temp in your closet will stay constant then that will work. On the other hand if you have them in the fridge and want to share them will other folks you will need to worry about transporting them cold. either way you do it I think you will be fine.
