I typically bulk age my ciders for at least 4 to 6 months before bottling. My current problem is I've run out of space for more carboys but want to keep starting new batches. The only solution I've been able to think of is to bottle some of those bulk aging ciders and bottle age them instead. I figure as long as the ciders are clear, degassed and devoid of any sulfur odors, I should be good to go.

Has anyone ever done any trials of bulk vs bottle aged ciders? If so, what was your verdict? Thanks!

I prefer tobulk age, but bottle ageing works fine. You may get some slight differences between bottles but overall works as well.
