Just came across this place today, and I think I'll hang around a bit. It's winter and tome for lagers. It's warmed up to +5F, and my boil is almost finished. The boil came after a double decoction. A czech pilsner with lots of saaz.
I first started brewing about 35 years ago, but then stopped for a long time, until my son got me started again about 6 years ago. I usually only brew 5 gallon batches. I do this so that I can have more variety.
