So I just posted another related kegerator question so I apologize for blowing up the board but has anyone checked this out?

It has got to be the lowest price I have seen for everything included but the keg and a fill up on C02.
I don't know much about kegging so some advice would be appreciated.
HBT is always helpful so thanks in advance. I'm just ready to bottle... I mean keg up some all grain brewed cream ale.
