So... after Day1 with my floating therm cracking in my brew... and ironing out my Shirron Chiller setup... I move to Day2.
Brewing a Newcastle Clone and trying to utilize the same siphoning/racking equipment... it decided to break and warp on me... essentially being useless. Good thing I had a bottling bucket around... so I dumped the wort to that and just went through the Shirron that way. It worked, but I'm going to need some new Siphioning/Racking equipment.
As much as I want a pump, I think I want to keep costs down on this until I expand to a nice AG setup. So... are there any recommended Stainless Racking setups you guys know of? Preferably something with quality filtering and resiliency?
