better boiling efficiency?

Anybody ever thought about using something like this for getting better efficiency out of your burner?

It works for backpacking stoves....why not for brew kettles? Just need some corrugated sheet metal big enough to wrap around a keggle.

I've used a wrapper on my kettle/burner. It's a bit of a pain routing it around the spigot. I ended up making a cylinder that slid down over the burner and the base of the kettle after the kettle was in place. The sides of the kettle can get too hot and char the foam, hot break, etc. that sticks to the inside. I stopped using it.
