Hi there, I'm buying 3 200 liter fermentors. I was wondering what is the best option to keep them at the correct temperature.
If anyone can tell me his experience I would be very grateful.
Your best bet is probably a cold room of sorts. You could also try making a custom stainless coil and running glycol through that. What kind of fermenters are they?
Mount that under the lid of your fermenter and pump cold water through the coils when needed. You'll need a temp controller that will monitor the ferementer through a thermowell and control the pump.
As for chilling the water, you can use frozen water bottles or use an old air conditioner and hack it into a "glycol chiller" (search the forum, plenty of info on the build) or use an aquarium chiller with a cooler.
