Alright, it feels like the cider section on here seems a little anemic. So as a public service will you seasoned cider makers please post your tried and true cider recipes using store bought supples.

Tried Graff - Like it

Apfelwein - yes I know its technically a wine, made it and was good.

Just made Grahams's English Cider - gotta wait

What else is out there. Come on and help us newbie cider makers out

I got 3 gal of Apfelwein and 5 gal of Grahams English cider that I started 3 weeks ago. Came close to starting some Graff too but decided not to. Didn't want a bunch of stuff ready all at once.

check out the cider sticky. theres good info about making some tasty semi sweet ciders by cold crashing. CvilleKevin is cider king around here, also check out pappers sticky about bottle pasterizing cider.
