I'd love to find a recipe for Bellerose Biere Blonde Extra. Is anyone familiar with this beer? I've read that they use hops "from three continents." It's a blonde biere de garde style but reminds me more of a blonde IPA with the citrusy hop notes. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The bellrose website has a sales sheet with a little more info than I've found elsewhere
OG 1066
6.5% (so fg 1017 suggesting it's all malt and no sugar)
33 ibus
12.5 ebc
What surprised me is that the ingredients suggest there's no wheat
The lychee flavour makes me think one of the three hops is citra
Maybe a spicy European hop and a citrusey NZ/AU hop?

I really love this beer, it is one of my favorites. I'd be interested in knowing the hops used, I've seen in one beer review from the U.K. That it supposedly uses "3 hops from 3 continents"
