Hello everybody. With the holidays fast approaching, I thought it'd be neat to make a collection of beer cooking videos to share with family and friends (trying to upgrade the potluck fare). The first one I'm putting together is all about cooking with beer. I figured you guys and gals might enjoy it, or even have some suggestions on things to add (I've been looking for a beer broiled salmon recipe for years now after having tried it in Oregon once…)

Anyhoo, here you go! Enjoy! If you experiment with any of these recipes, let me know!
