Ok, so here is the finished product as it were. First of all, I put to use a mini-fridge that has been sitting in garage for a few years.

Built a cask breather out of my beginner's CO2 kit -- this is considered cheating by CAMRA.

And last night we started pouring pints! I made 5 gallons of a Courage Directors clone, which has cask conditioned in the keg for 2 weeks (4.5% ABV). Beer served at 47 F. Nice full bodied English bitter with a great mouth feel -- my friend Dave used professional sparklers that he ordered from Europe.

Dave here. Getting all the parts together to make Engine No. 2. When I saw how much fun number 1 was, I figured that I'd make another for myself. :D
