I'm thinking about replacing my Turkey Fryer w/a Bayou Classic. Don't know what my BTU rating on the Turkey Fryer is as I bought it a few years ago from Sam's Club. I can't loosen the set screws on the air flow regulator and I'm producing tons of carbon.
Since I only do 2 gallon batches and boil about 3 gallons of water I'm undecided which to buy.
Bayou Classic KAB4 $83
Bayou Classic SP10 $58
Bayou Classic Single Burner $50
I'm not really worried about price, just don't want to buy one that will be over kill and run me poor on butane.
What you guys think?
