I'll be there!

Bought a Peach Bu in SF last week. Opened today to flat and watery liquid. Any others experiencing this?
While this is not high on my spectrum of being good, it is carbed, not watery, just kind of sherbet fountainy.

Wouldnot bang again.

lol I just saw someone on untappd say that Younger was "best since 2014". 2014 was a grassy mess if I remember correctly. Anyways, SF beer week is nearly upon us and you can get a sausage covered in mac n cheese at rosemunde :)

Last year rrryanc said "**** beer week" after RateBeer Best. After attending this year I echo his sentiments, aside from going to Sante whenever I can.

I mean, it used to be that there were only so many places to go (toronado, the trappist, beer rev, Hayward bistro, etc) and they would normally pull together some pretty legit taplists. Now there are 8000 places, and most of them are doing **** like Sierra Nevada tap take overs, or chili beer nights or other similar ****. Instead of the entire taplist being special pours, you're lucky if they put one on. And then add in stupid crowds and it's like why bother? Cellarmaker is better nearly every other day of the year outside of beer week.

I'm going to be in San Diego next week and couldn't be happier about the timing.

OH BOY ANOTHER IPA IN A CAN!

What in the hell are you talking about? 2 years ago you couldn't find a decent canned craft beer around here if you tried. Now there are a bunch. Is that seriously something to complain about?

Sure, it would be great to get a few more (good) canned sours or other styles, a la Oregon or even SoCal, but we're on the right track. Plus, unless you're a complete idiot, you'd rather see cans of hoppy beer than bottles.

I'm not particularly excited when they're all $4 a can. (Though those ones are "only" $3 and $3.50.)
