I have about 8 gallons of water I want to use in my first batch today. It says tat the water was filtered with reverse osmosis and ozonated as well as having calcium chloride, magnesium chloride, and potassim bicarbonate to add to flavor. just wondering if it's good to use?

Its fine: Reverse osmosis is just a process of how it is filtered (something to do with little tiny holes), CaCl, MgCl, KHCO3 are just salts- like they said, added for flavor,

Allright good. Think Fedex will just leave my equipment at the door so I can head out and get a few things?

Typically, with Fedex and UPS, if you leave a signed note on your door saying to leave the package, they will. At least, that is my experience.
