I bought a 21.5 quart All American pressure cooker in order to can yeast starter, and to try steam injected mash infusion when I get my AG setup completed. I've added a T and ball valve as shown:
I'm a big fan of Alton Brown's "Good Eats" and like his concept of kitchen multi-taskers, so I was pondering other ways of using the pressure cooker.
I'm also a big fan of ported Better Bottles, and while perusing their site, came across this page concerning closed-loop racking. I figured that I could use the pressure cooker with a small quantity of dry ice to fill several of my 5 gallon better bottles with co2 prior to secondary racking.
Any thoughts??
