Been lurking for years. Figure I'd post a few questions. So... I thought I had better introduce myself.

Ken, from... we'll call in Lansing Michigan. Currently work at the local university.

Looking to take my home brewing skills a step higher. Challenging myself and my brother to brew 250 Gallons in 2019. Not a huge task... but I hope to increase the difficulty level a bit. Reach a higher quality, if you will.

Anyway. Hello

Welcome to the forum!

I hope you have some people around helping you two drink all that beer you'll be brewing.
What kind of system are you using? What's your typical batch size? Kegging?

:mug:

The state to the west of you sort of looks like a mitten to me too.

Good luck on your goal/quest to brew better beer. Plenty of other people here on a similar quest.

Welcome! Go green! I’m almost to Toledo, but I spend way too much time at Old Nation.
