Hey guys,
Just a quicks thanks to all for the tips & tricks in this forum; they have prooved to be invaluable and a great help for my first batch. I'm currently brewing a Munich Dark Lager (Thebrewhouse kits). Left it naked since it's my first, but already looking into hacking it up for my next brew. I can already taste the awsomness of my homebrewed Hoegaarden clone.
I'm located in Montreal, so if any others around want to exchange tips & tricks, and a couple of home brews, let me know!
