Hello all,

Well, two weeks after bottling and I was going to put one beer on the refrigerator to see if the beer is going well.

But, on every bottle, I've found this little fella's...

I haven't opened yet but they look like little particles of mold. If I move a bottle, these particles tend to submerge to the bottom...

This is a Wheat Lager.

Has any of you guys had this problem?

Thanks.

Rui

Thanks for the reply. I'll put in the fridge and see the results.

Looks like yeast to me but i could be wrong. I know it's not mold tho. Get one cold and crack it open.

Thank you guys for the help.

I just opened the beer and I have to agree with you guys. It did look like yeast. Either way, I've tasted and I was very, very pleased with the result. A present flavour of hops and some bitterness at the end. The colour is a typical wheat beer, so I'm very happy with the result as it is my first all grain beer and I was a bit frustrated with the fermentation temperature result (about 26ºC.)

Nice! :tank:

Cheers,

Rui
